Job Description
- Manage employment litigation cases involving California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Oversee all aspects of cases, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct depositions and defend them as needed.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with a team on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in wage and hour litigation, particularly in class/collective actions.
- Must be admitted to practice law in California.
- Possess outstanding academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, and superior writing skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
