Job Description

  • Manage employment litigation cases involving California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Oversee all aspects of cases, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Conduct depositions and defend them as needed.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with a team on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in wage and hour litigation, particularly in class/collective actions.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in California.
  • Possess outstanding academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, and superior writing skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
