Job Description

  • Manage a variety of employment litigation cases, including wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Lead the handling of cases from inception to resolution by drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Collaborate with a team and also work independently on time-sensitive projects.
  • Benefit from mentorship opportunities provided by experienced partners.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Proven expertise in wage and hour litigation, with a focus on class and collective actions.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in California.
  • Outstanding academic background, with strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
