Job Description
- Manage a variety of employment litigation cases, including wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Lead the handling of cases from inception to resolution by drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
- Collaborate with a team and also work independently on time-sensitive projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Proven expertise in wage and hour litigation, with a focus on class and collective actions.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California.
- Outstanding academic background, with strong writing and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
