Job Description

• Assume responsibility for handling wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases within California.
• Manage the entire litigation process, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Collaborate effectively with a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently on high-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Demonstrate expertise in wage and hour litigation, specifically with class/collective actions.
• Must be admitted to practice law in California.
• Display strong academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, and sharp analytical abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-motivated individual who can work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
