Note: This is a hybrid position requiring employees to be on-site 2-3 days a week at either the Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

Job Description

  • Manage employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of case management, such as drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team and also work independently on fast-paced projects.
  • Benefit from mentorship by experienced partners, leading to personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in the state of California.
  • Outstanding academic credentials along with strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
