Job Description
- Manage employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of case management, such as drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Collaborate effectively with a team and also work independently on fast-paced projects.
- Benefit from mentorship by experienced partners, leading to personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions.
- Must be admitted to practice law in the state of California.
- Outstanding academic credentials along with strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
