Job Description:

A unique opportunity for an ambitious Trial Attorney with civil litigation experience to join our client's dynamic team.

Manage cases from start to trial, including drafting legal documents and conducting depositions

Create effective strategies to achieve positive outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year in insurance defense

Preferably 1-5 years in civil litigation

Excellent academic background

Demonstrated writing skills and courtroom advocacy

New York State Bar license
