Job Description

• Join the dynamic Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.
• Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property cases.
• Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, responding to discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in trials.

Qualifications

• Must have a JD from an accredited Law School.
• Pennsylvania Bar admission required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related legal fields.
• Strong skills in drafting coverage opinions related to breach of contract and liability claims, as well as bad faith issues.
