Job Description

• Opportunity to join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team
• Responsible for handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters
• Tasks include drafting pleadings, responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials

Qualifications

• Must have a JD from an accredited Law School
• Admission to practice in PA; NJ bar admission is a plus
• Minimum of 5+ years of significant experience in relevant fields
• Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions related to first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims, including knowledge of bad faith issues
