Job Description

• Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.
• Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
• Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited Law School.
• Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.
• At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields.
• Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues.
