Job Description

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate potential claims.
• Offer legal advice and explain clients' rights and options.
• Prepare and file various legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to efficiently manage cases.
• Stay updated on personal injury laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the state bar.
• 2-10 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury laws and procedures.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.
