Job Description

• Take charge of a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate potential claims.
• Offer legal advice and clarify clients' rights and choices.
• Prepare and submit legal paperwork, such as complaints, motions, and discovery documents.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Present clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal procedures.
• Collaborate with other lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to handle cases efficiently.
• Keep up-to-date on relevant personal injury laws, regulations, and legal developments.

Qualifications

• Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Be licensed and in good standing with the state bar association.
• Have 2-10 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Possess a strong understanding of personal injury laws and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Be detail-oriented with great organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to advocating for clients and achieving positive outcomes.
