Job Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring effective management from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate potential claims.
• Provide expert legal guidance, explaining the rights and options of clients.
• Prepare and submit legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Appear in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to streamline case management.
• Stay updated on personal injury laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends.

Qualifications

• Holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with the state bar.
• Brings 2-10 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of personal injury laws and procedures.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Pays great attention to detail, with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to advocating for clients and achieving positive outcomes.
