Job Description

• Independently represent clients in civil litigation matters
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process, from strategic planning to case resolution
• Cultivate and maintain a manageable caseload while consistently delivering high-quality results
• Collaborate closely with a supportive legal team, working towards shared success
• Mentor and guide junior staff members, actively participating in internal training initiatives
• Achieve the annual billable hour target of 1,400 hours

Qualifications

• Active Montana State Bar License
• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
