Job Description

• Assist with all stages of defense litigation
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including subpoenas, pleadings, and responses to discovery requests
• Organize and summarize extensive medical records and case materials
• Coordinate with external vendors and expert witnesses
• Conduct thorough legal research and manage electronic document production
• Provide trial preparation and case management support
• Maintain organized client files and case calendars

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• At least 1 year of experience in defense litigation
• Highly desirable to have experience with medical malpractice cases
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and case management tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
