Job Description

• Manage all aspects of litigation support for defense cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including responses, subpoenas, and pleadings
• Efficiently organize, review, and summarize extensive quantities of medical records and case materials
• Coordinate with external vendors and expert witnesses
• Conduct thorough legal research and handle electronic document production
• Provide comprehensive trial preparation and assist in case management
• Maintain accurate case calendars and client files

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Prior experience in defense litigation for at least 1 year
• Highly desirable experience in handling medical malpractice cases
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
