Job Description
- Manage and oversee litigation matters for major clients in different industries
- Utilize your existing portfolio of at least $800k to engage in case-by-case client projects
- Collaborate with skilled associates, paralegals, and support staff to grow your book of business
- Focus on providing high-quality, hourly-based client work without contingency cases
- Opportunity to explore general litigation or niche practice areas beyond insurance defense
Qualifications
- At least $800k in portable book of business with a focus on hourly billing
- Extensive experience in litigation with the exception of insurance defense cases
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leveraging firm support
- Strong client relations and business development skills
- Active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions with a JD degree

Base salary ranges from $264k to $495k, depending on the size of your book of business ($800k–$1.5M+). Total compensation typically ranges from $530k to $990k.
