Job Description
- Effectively lead and manage litigation matters for large clients across different industries
- Utilize your existing book of business (valued at least $800k) for client engagements
- Collaborate with experienced associates, paralegals, and support staff to expand your book of business
- Focus on delivering high-quality, hourly-based client work with no contingency cases
- Opportunity to explore general litigation or niche practice areas outside of insurance defense
Qualifications
- Minimum of $800k in portable book of business with a strong focus on hourly billing
- Extensive experience in litigation, excluding insurance defense
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while leveraging firm support
- Demonstrated skills in client relations and business development
- JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
