Job Description
- Manage and oversee various litigation matters for our client's large and diverse client base
- Handle your own book of business, generating a significant amount of revenue through client engagements
- Collaborate with experienced associates, paralegals, and support staff to expand and grow your book of business
- Focus on delivering high-quality, hourly-based client work (no contingency cases)
- Explore opportunities to develop expertise in general litigation or niche practice areas outside of insurance defense
Qualifications
- Minimum of $800k in portable book of business with a strong track record in hourly billing
- Extensive experience in litigation, excluding insurance defense
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while leveraging the support provided by our client
- Excellent client relations and business development skills
- JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
