Job Description

  • Take charge of litigation matters for prominent clients across various industries.
  • Utilize your existing book of business (worth $800k or more) for client engagements on a case-by-case basis.
  • Collaborate with experienced associates, paralegals, and support staff to expand your book of business.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality client work based on hourly billing (no contingency cases).
  • Opportunity to explore general litigation or specialized practice areas beyond insurance defense.

Qualifications

  • Minimum $800k in portable book of business (hourly billing required).
  • Extensive litigation experience (excluding insurance defense).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while leveraging firm support.
  • Strong skills in client relations and business development.
  • Active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions with a JD degree.
