Job Description

• Lead and oversee litigation cases for clients from various industries
• Utilize an existing book of business to engage in client work on a case-by-case basis
• Collaborate with associates, paralegals, and staff to expand your client base
• Focus on high-quality client work on an hourly basis
• Potential to explore new practice areas outside of insurance defense

Qualifications

• Minimum $800k in portable book of business with required hourly billing
• Extensive experience in litigation (excluding insurance defense)
• Ability to work independently while utilizing firm resources
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
