Position: Senior Litigation Partner

Job Description

• Lead and oversee litigation matters for major clients in various industries
• Utilize an existing book of business (minimum $800k) to handle client engagements
• Collaborate with experienced associates, paralegals, and support staff to expand your book of business
• Focus on delivering high-quality client work on an hourly basis (no contingency cases)
• Opportunity to explore and develop expertise in general litigation or specialized practice areas beyond insurance defense

Qualifications

• Minimum $800k in portable book of business (hourly billing required)
• Extensive litigation experience (excluding insurance defense)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leveraging firm support
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
