Job Description
- Lead and oversee litigation matters for major clients in various industries
- Utilize an existing book of business (minimum $800k) to handle client engagements
- Collaborate with experienced associates, paralegals, and support staff to expand your book of business
- Focus on delivering high-quality client work on an hourly basis (no contingency cases)
- Opportunity to explore and develop expertise in general litigation or specialized practice areas beyond insurance defense
Qualifications
- Minimum $800k in portable book of business (hourly billing required)
- Extensive litigation experience (excluding insurance defense)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leveraging firm support
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
