Job Description:

• Administer direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a registered nurse
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure patient well-being
• Adhere to infection control policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of LPN experience
• Current Ohio LPN license
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Proficient in medication administration and clinical knowledge
