Job Description

• Administer direct and indirect patient care based on assigned patient group under the guidance of a registered nurse
• Accurately record patient measurements and observations
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by the physician
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient well-being
• Adhere to infection control policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience
• Current Ohio LPN license (IV certification required for bedside roles)
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Proficient in medication administration and clinical knowledge
