• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on racecars with a focus on optimizing performance.
• Conduct thorough inspections before races and analyze performance after races.
• Expertly install performance parts and systems.
• Collaborate closely with drivers and engineers to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably working with racecars.
• In-depth knowledge of suspension, engine tuning, and brake systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
