Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the XYZ office. Our client is a small community hospital located near three major cities in Ohio. They are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services while maintaining a strong work-life balance for their employees. - Graduated from an accredited program in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field - Certification with American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) required - 1 year of experience as a generalist preferred - Perform specimen collection, processing, testing, and resulting following laboratory procedures - Perform quality control, maintenance, and calibrations for analytical testing - Assist with collection of Chain-of-Custody Urine Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol Testing, and Hair samples for Occupational Health - Participate in departmental performance improvement activities and daily infection prevention and control management - Associates Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field - ASCP certification - 1 year of generalist experience preferred - Competitive hourly rate ranging from $21.16 to $30.68 depending on experience - Additional shift differentials of $3.25/hr during the week and $3.00/hr on weekends - Hours are from 10pm to 6:30am with weekend rotations - Full benefits package included - $10K sign-on bonus - Opportunity to work in a smaller hospital setting near major cities in Ohio - Ability to work as a generalist and perform phlebotomy and drug screen collections as needed
