Job Description
- Position: Employment Litigation Associate
- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Create and present motions in court
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Oversee multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in employment litigation
- Exceptional academic background with strong writing and analytical skills
- California Bar admission
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
