Job Description
- Position: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Lawyer
- Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)
- Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Create and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Prepare and present motions in court
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Effectively manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Excellent academic credentials along with exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
