Job Description
- Position: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Lawyer
- Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)
- Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Prepare and present motions in court
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Efficiently manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Excellent academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
- Active member of the California Bar
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
