Job Description
- Position: Employment Litigation Attorney (Experienced)
- Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site role)
- Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Prepare and present motions for hearings
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic credentials, exceptional writing, and analytical skills
- Must be admitted to practice law in California
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
