Job Description

• Perform nightly cleaning and disinfecting of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Clean and restock supplies in restrooms and staff areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash across the campus
• Lock and secure buildings at the end of each shift
• Support after-hours school events (occasionally on weekends)
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
• Follow all custodial procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete all cleaning responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or general maintenance experience
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for 8-hour shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a cleaning team
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime for school functions or events
