Job Description

• Work in various areas of the nursing unit, including ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health.
• Receive training to work in med/surg and transitional care as a baseline, with the opportunity to specialize in areas such as ER, obstetrics, and behavioral health.
• Create a positive and supportive team environment.
• Have the ability to work in different care areas to reduce burnout in high-stress departments.

Qualifications

• RN license in Montana required for Nurses.
• LPN license in Montana and IV certification preferred or eligible for LPNs.
• BLS and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
