Job Description
- Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans for patients
- Assist patients in improving mobility, coordination, and daily functions
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
- Supervise and work closely with Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
- Proficient in upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
- Strong communication skills with patients and caregivers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
