Job Description

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations on patients and develop personalized occupational therapy plans
  • Enhance patients' mobility, coordination, and daily functioning through therapy sessions
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and track progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patients' progress and update treatment plans as necessary
  • Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Ensure precise management of case records and productivity reports
  • Participate in community outreach activities and support marketing initiatives, as required

Qualifications

  • Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
  • Demonstrated expertise in upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
  • Exceptional communication and patient education skills
  • Adept at working autonomously and within a team-oriented environment
