Job Description
- Perform comprehensive evaluations on patients and develop personalized occupational therapy plans
- Enhance patients' mobility, coordination, and daily functioning through therapy sessions
- Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and track progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of patients' progress and update treatment plans as necessary
- Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Ensure precise management of case records and productivity reports
- Participate in community outreach activities and support marketing initiatives, as required
Qualifications
- Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
- Demonstrated expertise in upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
- Exceptional communication and patient education skills
- Adept at working autonomously and within a team-oriented environment
