Job Description:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to patients referred to our Occupational Therapy service line.
• Provide individual and group therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and symptoms.
• Utilize computerized documentation (Epic) for seamless record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the Rehab Manager and work closely with a supportive team.
• Access treatment areas on each unit, as well as a dedicated home management area within the main OT department.
• Follow a schedule that allows for ample time for evaluations, treatments, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Ohio OT license and certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapists.
