Job Description

• Join our client's team as a Personal Injury Settlement Specialist.
• Manage a caseload of 50-100 insurance claims.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while providing outstanding support to the legal team.
• Conduct research and analysis on claims, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience working for a personal injury law firm.
• Strong background in personal injury negotiation.
• Proximity to Lancaster, CA preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Antelope Valley area is a bonus.
