Job Description:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment progress
- Monitor patient attendance and program adherence
- Maintain accurate documentation and update treatment plans as needed
- Provide supervision to PTAs and therapy technicians
- Assist with patient consultations and outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team for community engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Wyoming licensure or eligibility
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Genuine passion for helping patients achieve recovery goals
