Job Description:

- Individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, and implementation - Maintain positive relationships with health professionals and ancillary staff - Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and consult with specialists - Design and implement care plans based on thorough assessment and patient development - Communicate effectively with professional and support staff to achieve positive outcomes - Enhance professional growth through educational programs and workshops - Provide direction and leadership to staff and promote physical therapy in the community

Qualifications:

- Graduate of an approved physical therapy program - Current state license for Physical Therapy Examiners - Ability to be licensed within the State of Montana
