Physical Therapist Assistant – Job Description

• Administer hands-on treatment sessions under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Provide education to patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, and progress
• Promote accountability among patients for attending and adhering to therapy programs
• Accurately document each visit and update treatment plans as necessary
• Follow the prescribed plan of care and communicate any patient updates
• Supervise therapy technicians to ensure smooth treatment sessions
• Maintain case management records and productivity reports
• Assist with marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting
• Valid Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or eligibility to obtain
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
