Physical Rehabilitation Assistant – Job Description

• Assist Physical Therapist by providing hands-on treatment sessions
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and progress
• Promote patient accountability for attending therapy sessions and following treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and update treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with the therapist and communicate any changes in patient status
• Supervise therapy technicians to ensure smooth treatment sessions
• Manage case records and productivity reports
• Support marketing initiatives as required

Qualifications

• Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Physical Rehabilitation Assistance
• Wyoming Physical Rehabilitation Assistant Certification or eligibility to obtain
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Passionate about helping patients achieve their recovery goals
