Job Description:

• Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
• Provide direct physical therapy care and supervise therapist assistants
• Manage rehabilitative services and oversee personnel, budget, and resources
• Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with policies
• Recruit, train, and retain departmental personnel
• Collaborate with CFO on budget preparation and review
• Develop and revise departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas
• Experience in various healthcare settings
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
