- Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to patients referred to the outpatient rehabilitation service.

- Provide group and individual therapy sessions for patients with various diagnoses and symptoms.

- Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy.

- Possess a valid Ohio Physical Therapy License or be eligible to obtain one.

- Completed at least one clinical rotation in a rehabilitation services setting (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Outpatient, Home Health).

- Flexible work hours of either 31hrs, 33 hrs, or 40hrs per week.

- Competitive compensation ranging from $39.50/hr to $53/hr based on experience, with full benefits and a sign-on bonus.
