Job Description:

• Evaluate patients referred to the Rehabilitation Services and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group treatments to patients with various diagnoses and symptoms
• Collaborate with the Rehab Manager, a renowned leader in the field
• Work in a supportive team environment
• Gain cross-training and valuable experience by covering multiple units
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and EPIC EMR for seamless documentation

Qualifications:

• Degree in Rehabilitation Services or related field
• Valid Ohio Rehabilitation Services License or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Acute Medical, Outpatient, Home Health, and/or Behavioral Health)
