Job Description

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans for patients
  • Educate patients about their conditions, treatment strategies, and progress
  • Ensure patients are committed to their therapy programs and attend scheduled sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update treatment plans as necessary
  • Supervise a team of PTAs and therapy technicians
  • Provide free consultations and assist in patient outreach initiatives
  • Maintain precise case management records and productivity reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to engage the local community

Qualifications

  • Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients effectively
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Passionate about helping patients achieve their recovery goals
