Job Description

• Position: Product Liability Legal Counsel
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Responsibilities:
• Manage federal and state civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and product liability defense cases
• Handle all aspects of civil cases, including discovery and drafting and arguing motions
• Participate in court conferences, hearings, and trials
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation
• Prior experience in personal injury and/or product liability defense is preferred
• Proficiency in handling all phases of civil litigation
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Passionate about client service and litigation
