Job Description
- Lead and spearhead the design and detailing of large-scale structural projects
- Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and calculations for steel and concrete structures
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and drafting teams using Revit
- Ensure strict adherence to building codes, seismic requirements, and design principles
- Take an active role in client meetings and project coordination sessions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff
Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university
- Possess 3-6+ years of extensive experience in building design
- Demonstrate expertise in Type I construction, specifically steel and concrete structures
- Exhibit proficiency in working with Revit and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Possess a strong knowledge of building codes and seismic analysis
- Showcase excellent communication and teamwork skills
- (Preferred) Previous experience with DSA and OSHPD projects
