Job Description

  • Lead and spearhead the design and detailing of large-scale structural projects
  • Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and calculations for steel and concrete structures
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and drafting teams using Revit
  • Ensure strict adherence to building codes, seismic requirements, and design principles
  • Take an active role in client meetings and project coordination sessions
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff

Qualifications

  • Hold a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university
  • Possess 3-6+ years of extensive experience in building design
  • Demonstrate expertise in Type I construction, specifically steel and concrete structures
  • Exhibit proficiency in working with Revit and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Possess a strong knowledge of building codes and seismic analysis
  • Showcase excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • (Preferred) Previous experience with DSA and OSHPD projects
