Our client is a busy commercial drywall contractor based in Terrell, TX. They are actively hiring a skilled Project Manager who is experienced in drywall or interior systems and ready to step into a high-responsibility role on day one.

Job Description

• Oversee full project lifecycle of commercial drywall jobs
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and GC reps
• Handle project documentation and progress updates
• Work from office 90% of the time at 4185 Highway 34, Terrell, TX
• Hours: Mon–Thurs 7 a.m.–4 p.m., Fri 7 a.m.–12 p.m.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial drywall projects
• Must have estimating experience with Onscreen Takeoff and Quick Bid software (or similar estimating software experience, ie., PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, STACK)
• Background in commercial construction required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Existing client relationships or network is a plus
• Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong scheduling and communication skills
