Job Description:

• Manage complex real estate transactions involving various types of properties
• Provide guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
• Negotiate and draft agreements, leases, and other related contracts
• Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and high-performance setting
• Develop and nurture client relationships with an entrepreneurial approach
• Meet partner-level expectations and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
• Deep understanding of California real estate law and commercial real estate matters
• Active California law license
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and drafting skills
• A portable book of business is a plus
