Job Description
- Support attorneys in the urban development sector with legal and administrative tasks.
- Create, review, and manage urban development contracts to meet legal requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare legal documents, including resolutions, pertaining to urban development projects.
- Oversee escrow accounts by monitoring deposits, payments, and financial regulations.
- Conduct research on urban development laws, regulations, and policies.
- Collaborate with attorneys, developers, government agencies, and financial institutions to facilitate agreements and transactions.
- Track project deadlines, payment schedules, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Paralegal Certificate or a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience.
- Experience in managing legal agreements, deadlines, and financial accounts is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
