Regulatory Compliance Manager / Healthcare Accreditation

Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of regulatory and accreditation compliance across the healthcare system as the Regulatory Compliance Manager
- Report to the Director of Corporate Integrity and ensure continuous readiness for surveys
- Maintain system-wide compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies
- Provide strategic support for the Imprivata platform to enhance healthcare identity management and data security
- Direct and manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for inpatient and outpatient services
- Oversee all accreditation activities, including CARF, ACHC, and other regulatory agencies
- Lead survey preparedness initiatives and develop action plans
- Supervise the Accreditation Planning Team and ensure regular updates and education
- Maintain strong relationships with accrediting and regulatory agencies, legal services, senior leadership, and medical staff
- Prepare and submit accreditation applications and documentation
- Oversee implementation and ongoing support of the Imprivata platform
- Ensure Imprivata is leveraged to streamline workflows, enhance data security, and support HIPAA compliance
- Provide leadership and guidance to compliance staff
- Deliver regulatory compliance presentations and training
- Conduct audits, assessments, and regulatory research
- Participate in and lead relevant committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio required
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, accreditation, or quality management, including leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience with accreditation processes
- Experience supporting or managing healthcare identity or similar management platforms
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
