Job Description

• Manage end-to-end preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.)
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-volume corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
• Draft USCIS/DOS forms, legal letters, and supporting documentation
• Monitor visa expirations, case deadlines, and filing timelines
• Collaborate directly with HR teams, in-house counsel, and employees for case compliance and efficiency
• Assist attorneys with responses to RFEs and NOIDs
• Use case management systems to track cases and improve workflow processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of corporate immigration law experience, with a focus on NIV work
• Expertise in H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 petitions
• Experience handling high-volume corporate clients
• Strong organizational, drafting, and communication skills
• Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa, Green Card, OPT, etc. acceptable)
