Remote Freight Sales Representative

Note: This position is fully remote.

Note: You must have 3+ years of prior freight sales experience (ideally with a book of business). If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Note: This role offers both W2 and 1099 options. First-year on-target earnings are approximately $100k, with significant growth potential in subsequent years. Significant career growth in start-up environment.

Job Description

  • Drive new business development in freight brokerage sales
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo and IndustryNet for lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of freight sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
