Job Description

• Oversee AI-powered drafting of petitions and support letters for O-1, EB-1, and NIW cases
• Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and persuasive quality
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple cases at once
• Partner with clients to collect documentation, clarify goals, and maintain clear communication
• Improve and maintain AI templates, prompt libraries, and workflow processes
• Train and support colleagues in leveraging AI and case management systems effectively
• Provide proactive updates and support to attorneys, ensuring smooth case progression

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience working on O-1, EB-1, and/or NIW petitions (paralegal or writer background preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Tech-savvy, with comfort using AI and new legal software tools
• Excellent editing and content review skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with high-level professionals and clients
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa, green card, OPT, etc. acceptable)
